Induction Ceremony

Once you and your sire are ready, you will go through the Induction Ceremony. This is the process by which your sire officially brings you into the system. Upon completion:
- You are entered into the system as a new player.
- You become part of your sire's bloodline and lineage.
- Your Game HUD is automatically delivered to you in Second Life.
- You will receive an invite to the Descendants of Darkness in-world Second Life group.
All species follow the same induction process. No one species has a different or more complex joining procedure than another.
Your sire is your first and most important guide. It is their role to teach you how to use the HUD, how to feed, how to survive, and everything else you need to know about playing within the system. Don't be afraid to ask them questions — that is what they are there for.
