Realm Domination/War Council
Use War council to check who leads your Realm team and which territory lists you can see. The council chooses who may open Current regions and Lost regions under Your team's regions on the website.
Check your access or ask for it
- Sign in and open Gameplay → Realm Domination. You must have Take part on to open War council.
- Select War council. Every opted-in player can open this tab.
- If you have the member view, read What you can see. Each list says You can see this list. or Sealed for you.
- For a sealed list, contact one of the leaders named on the page. Your council shows their titles and names; Vacant means a seat has no holder.
On Your team's regions, a list you cannot open says Sealed by your council. This is a permission choice, not an empty territory list. Your team's totals remain visible. Current and Lost are separate: access to one does not open the other.
Members without council responsibilities see their own access and the council seats. They do not see permission switches, the member list or the Council log.
Who can manage access?
The council belongs to the highest organization in your team's allegiance: Bloodline first, otherwise Clan, otherwise Dynasty. Titles match that group's species. Leading a Clan or Dynasty inside a Bloodline does not give you a Bloodline council seat.
| Role | Access and responsibility |
|---|---|
| Owner | Always sees both lists, manages member access, appoints trusted granters and sets officer permissions. Cannot be locked out. |
| Officer | Uses the permissions the owner sets for that officer title. Can manage members and appoint granters if Grant member access is on. |
| Trusted granter | Can open or close lists for ordinary members. Cannot change leaders or other granters, or give anyone Grant. |
| Member | Sees the lists opened for them, without management controls. |
Outlaws have no council and always see their own lists.
Open or close a member's lists
You need permission to manage members. Owners, officers with Grant member access, and trusted granters can do this.
- Open War council and find Members.
- Search for the member by name. Results change as you type.
- Turn Current or Lost on to open that list, or off to close it.
- Wait for the switch to finish saving before making another change. The switch moves when the save is confirmed.
You can only open a list you can see yourself. You cannot change your own row. An unavailable switch can mean your role does not allow that change.
Use Access to filter by All members, Current, Lost or Grant. New members shows members who follow the starting-access setting because nobody has set their access individually. Press it again to remove that filter. Use Per page, Previous and Next for longer lists.
Give or remove Grant
Only the owner, or an officer with Grant member access, can appoint a trusted granter.
- Find the member under Members.
- Turn Grant on to let them manage ordinary members' Current and Lost access.
- To remove that responsibility, turn Grant off.
Removing Grant leaves the access they already gave other members in place. Review those members separately if needed.
Set officer permissions
Only the owner can change these choices.
- Under The council, find the officer's title.
- Set See Current regions, See Lost regions and Grant member access as required.
The choices belong to the title, so its next holder receives them too. All three begin on until the owner changes them. Leadership changes can take about 15 minutes to appear on the website.
Set starting access for members
- As the owner, find New members: starting access.
- Set Current and Lost to choose which lists joining members receive automatically.
Both begin off until the owner changes them. The setting also applies to earlier joiners whose access has never been set individually. Changing it updates those members too. Once someone has been set individually, they keep that choice instead. Starting access never gives Grant.
Leaving and returning to the same team keeps saved individual access. Leaders can change it when needed.
Review the Council log
Scroll to Council log to see who changed access, what changed, and when, newest first. Green marks a switch turned on; red marks one turned off. Times use SLT. The council's owners, officers and trusted granters can read this log.
