Choosing Your Species
Once you are ready to join, you must choose your species. There are currently four playable species:

This choice matters from the very start — the player who brings you into the system (your sire) must be the same species you wish to become. If you want to be a Vampire, your sire must be a Vampire. If you want to be a Hunter, your sire must be a Hunter. This is because you inherit their bloodline, their DNA, and become part of their lineage and downline within the system.
Take your time choosing. While it is possible to change species later, this is an advanced process and not something new players need to concern themselves with right away.
Can I change species later?
Yes, species changes are possible further into your journey, as is re-siring. However, these involve additional steps and are not part of the joining process. Focus on getting started first — there will be plenty of time to explore these options once you are settled in.
